Individual EFT (Tapping) Session

Most of our physical and emotional issues are contributed by unresolved specific events in our life. These events can keep us in a negative state of being, affect how we feel about and see ourselves, & ultimately our overall well-being. During this 1 hour session, Rachel uses Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT -Tapping Therapy), intuitive guidance, & coaching to help you resolve mental, emotional, and physical distress so you can feel well and thrive. These sessions are safe spaces for professionals, students, and individuals from all walks of life to regulate their emotions, resolve issues from childhood, shift responses to triggers, rewire beliefs that no longer serve you, create positive thought patterns and transform your overall health and wellbeing.

EFT (Tapping) Workshop

This is an introduction to EFT and its applications and benefits. Workshops are for teachers, administrators, professionals, and all individuals and organizations who want to learn about EFT and its benefits for managing emotional distress personally & in the workplace with this non-invasive, easy & effective technique.

EFT (Tapping) Session Series

Participants are guided through strategies to overcome anxiety, stress, thinking processes and calming their nervous system. In this session series students will learn the basic techniques of tapping to address and overcome daily challenges.

Working with classes in a series of tapping sessions promotes self-awareness, emotional well-being and stress reduction. The recommended number of sessions in a series is 6-12 either once or twice per week. Students and teachers will be guided through this process by me with resources I created, including songs, worksheets, and visuals.

Tapping Circles

A brief introduction to EFT (Tapping) and the benefits, along with group tapping to reduce stress, minimize physical pain, heal trauma, reduce anxiety, rewire the brain, and calm the nervous system. Tapping circles are for small groups (10-12 people) and can be done once or turned into a Tapping Circle Series (6-8 circles) for long term benefits. Each Tapping Circle is adapted to the groups focus area.
